Green beans, ham and red onions boiled in chicken broth with oven roasted 1/2" thick zucchini slices covered in olive oil, Asiago cheese and pepper. It was pretty darn good.

Looks good.
I cooked sautéed green beans and fried pork chops on the flat top last night.
Smash burgers the night before. I frikken love my flat top ! You guys have Blackstone grills? Saw one on an ad at the store up in the big town for what seemed like a decent price. Mine is a Camp Chef 4 burner Geno.
Little more money than the Blackstone. Cause I am fancy like that you know. Mine is a 4 burner coleman Geno. Really solid set up.

Stopped at our favourite Eastern European grocery store today and picked up a selection of goodies from the deli.
1/2 dozen raspberry oysters (SS15 tried his first raw oyster tonight)
Potato latkes stuffed with meat.
Alaskan fish salad topped with salmon caviar
4 oz of pink salmon caviar
Some gravlax
A salad made with gravlax, onions and capers
Farschmack (minced herring salad)
Only down-side was when I got home I found out we’re out of vodka.
