Tried it the other day with 155gr lead coated, pleasant to shoot. Any one else tried Unique in .40SW?

I've also had great results from Unique in the 40. It was exactly the burn rate I wanted for the moderate 175 grain cast bullet loads I was shooting. I moved away from it because other powders just meter better out of a powder thrower. 231, Titegroup, HS-6, Longshot all meter better for me. Unique is a little slower burning than the first two, and a bit faster than the second two in the 40.

Too fast a burn rate for me. I like my 40sw fast, and for that - Longshot rules.

My 155gr runs 1350 fps from a 4" M&P.

It sounds good but I don’t have faith in any progressive press powder measure (mine is a 550) to reliably meter Unique.

I've used it with 180 fmj for practice ammo. It doesn't meter terribly well, so out comes the powder scale and trickler, as well as the audible.com. The basement is not my least favorite place to be.

Used it with 155 gr. lead myself at around 4.6 gr. I believe for a mild practice load. I remember it was accurate too.
