A physicist I worked for made a batch many years ago, very good stuff. I have his recipe and have made it many times. I didn't realize there was a Verde version.

When I was working in Albuquerque I loved ordering Carne Adovada, usually asked for it hotter if available. Sad thing is, every farm worker, Restaurant owner I have spoken to, don't know what Carney Adovada is. I guess it is a regional deal. Loved the scalp sweats. Also had to use Sopapilla's with honey to reduce mouth burn..... More good stuff

Hope your batch turns out well Roger.

Sycamore's stimulus program?

We went to the farmer's market over the hill this AM, when done there I went to the local restaurant there and got one of their delicious nice and flaky peach turnovers.

Gotta spread them bills around to keep folks employed at times.
