On the plus side she's got couple hundred rolls of TP, 5-30 packs of PBR as well down there. As well as all sorts of canned items.

Remember when the local gas station/outdoor/hardware store stocked 100s of thousand of rounds in back stock not to mention all sorts of other things.

Our just in time delivery society over the last 30-40 years hasn't prepared us well for these types of events.

I figure the kids will inherit a basement full of SHTF crapola.

WTF drinks PBR ?

even in an emergency ?

Don't hate the playa chica. It doubles as my water supply as well.

Cheese & Rice...........

at least Bud Lite

HA! I also saw the wife has three gallons of hand sanitizer, several gallons of Lysol disinfectant concentrate cleaner the EPA approved good stuff she says melts the corona away.

Not even when all the kids were at home was our pantry, fridge and freezer as stuffed as it is now.

I’m pretty sure grease, oil, and dirt are natural disinfectants when you add a little alcohol to your system.

I'm good for an extended period on most everything including ammo, reloading supplies and stuff like that. I always keep several months worth of toilet paper around in plastic totes ever since I read about EMP's ( Electro Magnetic Pulse) a few years ago. Everything in the supply chain and everywhere else relies so much on computers that an EMP event could disrupt supply chains for a few months. Got a bunch of canned goods also with the "best by" date written in sharpie on the lid. I'm not sure if that EMP stuff is factual but other stuff happens like we saw earlier this year.

Jar lids are as scarce as honest men on the west coast.

Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.

What about canning jar lids/seals...........

Heard they were scarce too........?

Don't use 'em......but you other guys maybe do........

Bud Lite still on the shelf here.....

What are you looking for and N E E D ?

All paper towels disappeared early on, and then came back over the summer, but suddenly a few weeks ago, my regular brand of paper towel disappeared, i.e., Bounty. Suddenly, all you can find is Brawny, and Brawny sucks. Bounty has been nowhere in sight for several weeks. Maybe a month. What could possibly be the cause of that?

This stuff is great, but has been out of stock for while. Someone is holding out trying to corner the market

pressure treated lumber is hard to find and expensive as hell when you do. and regular lumber is through the roof. roll insulation is about 60 cents a square foot. i don't know how people can afford to build a house these days.

I believe Slumlord is blackmarket hookup in the South Central Mid Atlantic Region for canning supplies.

What kind of cheese is it? What’s it taste like and compare to in texture?

I just bought a Costco sized pack of Bounty on sale. Spray disinfectant is everywhere as is hand sanitizer.

Instead of stockpiling a billion rolls of TP installing a bidet or a universal bidet for your current toilet is definitely the way to go. I’d never be without a bidet ever again!

More information than I needed.
