I found some at Midway, anybody use them in .223? Been a while since I've used flat base bullets. Have a Rem700 1 in 12 twist that's not been all that, the only bullet that works decent so far has been 52gr SMK so I thought I'd try something different.

I've used them....both 9 twist
223 AI & Savage Predator
They ain't as flat as the 53 V max......
Use 'em on p'dogs occasionally...
but the 53 V max is superior in my shooting
buy 'em.....they ain't milk & gonna spoil

Thanks, they're already on the way. Mostly use this gun less than 200 yds.

I use them in my 10 twist 223. They shoot just fine in it. Ive a 12 twist Remington model 7 with a 20” barrel I just picked up. Haven’t tried em in that one yet.

I have shot the 55 grain Varmageddons in my .223 Remington 700. It was around 2" at 100. For my shaky hands i figured that was pretty good.

if its good on a prairie dog, its even better on sage rats..turns them into what looks like Pizza toppings... the local coyotes and birds love what they do to the sage rats...

Used that bullet for the last two years on P-dogs in Wy. 9 twist Savage, H4985, close to 3k. They work.
