Should i get two or more of them, or should i save room in the freeze in case I get a deer, even in spite of my woefully poor deer hunting skills...? that is the question

Some claim that it's OK for most cooking methods, but not smoking. Not sure that I've noticed a diff.

No problems that I can detect. Maybe I should go to a real butcher and see how it compares, except there hasn’t been one around in a very long time.
