Came from the factory with the red pad. Bases and rings included but no scope. Shoots 1” with my trusty load of H4895/165BT. I’ve had it to the range exactly twice. Sighted it in, fired a handful of rounds and back in the safe. Just curious, it's my go-to. Yessir... I usually bounce back between 42 & 43gr. Damn near any .308 Win will like on or the other.
