And Montana moose--the Shiras subspecies--are nice little moose compared to most Canadian and Alaskan moose.

Thanks for the link.

I stumbled across the Grizzly bear article. Interesting, sounds like no hunting season.

Just curious - did he shoot it with the bolt action rifle in the first pic posted by deflave, or did he shoot it with the lever action in the pic in the article. Awesome moose regardless...

Man crush on Shrap, the man of mystery.

(Or BS?)

But no BS, a nice Shiras, no matter if he did hit with his truck, or bolt gun, or lever gun, or whatever.

Sometimes he changes clothes while the entourage retrieves necessities.

Problem?

Since you didn’t try to sell this hunt in any direction as to how hard or easy it was for Shrap to get the bull on the ground. It makes no difference to me. It’s an awesome Shiras Bull.

ICGAF if Kirk travels around with a closet full of clothes or a full armory. You said he drew a hard to get tag in a small unit 150 miles from home. He did the pre-work to locate animals and laid one down.

The question of a clothing changes and pics with a different rifle wouldn’t have gone unseen by you. So, question about it seems normal.

I saw that rest area........but had no intention of stopping.

It was like a scene out of ‘something about Mary’.

Left an impression on you....it appears.

LOL, you couldn't lay a pop-knot on my nutsack.

Although I'm sure you'd enjoy trying.
