...did his plan backfire?
I’m sure most of you are aware of the resent document dump involving The FBI and the Obama Administration’s illegal attack and persecution of General Flynn.
In these documents, among other things, it shows that agents for the FBI and officials in the Obama Administration, new they were in violation of lawn and civil rights violates, so much so that they went out and purchased Libility Insurance to cover their ass should theses documents be made public.
These Documents would never have seen the light if day if it were not for Judge Sullivan’s relentless pursuit of General Flynn. Because Sullivan would not dismiss the case against Flynn, theses documents were presented to General Flynn’s Attorney Powell and later released to the public.
Was this part of Sullivan’s plan all along, to expose documents, or did his plan tp persecute General Flynn just backfire?

Sullivan is just incompetent. He is an Affirmative Action Special. And, he has lucked into a job from which you cannot be fired.
If you really screw up, like brilliant Negro jurist Alcee Hastings of Florida, and you start embezzling tens of thousands in cash, you can be impeached. But you gotta screw up really badly. Sullivan is not quite that incompetent.

I'm playing catch up due to work.
Doesn't the judge have final say over the evidence that is allowed? Do the documents released this week have to pass his desk first?

If you work 40 hrs/wk: at 5% inflation and after 5 years, you need a 28% pay raise or to work 44 more hours (*one full extra week* per month+) to make up the difference.

Looking back, not only is Judge Sullivan not a hero, he's a complete buffoon. If he had an ounce of integrity, he'd resign in shame.
