Fixed a pot of red beans with smoked ham hocks and some good link sausage. It was tasty, had to fix the wife chicken fried steak and rice as she is allergic to pork. Also made a pan of scratch cornbread.


I am stuffed!

Mutton chops, garlic shrimp skewers, chicken wings.

Kung Flu Ballz;

Bacon-wrapped scallops, bbq chicken, mashed taters and fresh veggies.

Leftover spaghetti squash/deer burger casserole sloppy Joes;

New York Strip, baked potato and a garden salad. My wife only ate half of hers so I took a picture of what was left.

Crockpot chicken and broccoli. From a recipe by that Pioneer Woman cooking show that my wife adapted. Called for thighs, my wife likes chicken breast better. She also gave it a good squirt of Sriracha and a dash of Tajin seasoning.

I only wish now I'd made some bread today, but lately we've been using the "dough" setting on the bread maker and finishing the bread in the oven. Too hot for that today, wife will have to make something in the morning I guess.

Meatloaf tonight. I decided to try some of those fried onions (think green bean casserole) this go. That and steamed broccoli.

Frogsnacks.

We ate all we could.

I did two 16 ounce steaks. I was able to finish mine but the wife ate a little over half of hers.

Slavyanka made a great butternut squash soup and meatloaf. Really good dinner.

Fish based spaghetti "sauce" with red, yellow, poblano peppers and bit of diced tomatoes. and of course spaghetti.
