If I had guys to hammer nails I'd have 30 houses and 10 retail properties ready to hit the market, and the market is booming, but I don't so I have to make do the best I can. No different from any of the other labor shortages I've had to weather. And weather it I will.

Haven't you learned by now to be fully stocked with box wine and White Claw at all times. 6 month supply is not enough, when times get tough, or so says some internet dude around here.

Stock rotation dude, when one box, of the 27 you have on hand, is finished you buy another to put at the end of the line. At a minimum, it goes to the top of the shopping list for when you go to the Big Town.

And, if any more of them other stores get The Corona, I can see a business opportunity arising in truck bed beer sales. You know, the exhorbitantly priced kind, that comes from under the tarp across the back.

nobody hammering nails today. air guns do all the work. I framed houses for 45 years and had guys try to work for me that could barely hammer in nails they were raised on air guns

Mine just stop dead if a compressor goes down. I told them there was a bucket of sinkers in the van, did they know what a hammer was for?! One of them said "yeah, to beat [bleep] in place so I can nail it with a nail gun?"

Might could be a factor in the spike in cases in said places.

Cheyenne rez is completely shut down this weekend.

They are suffering a lot of losses of older people there. A lot of funerals lately. But it seems to be running through people.

Cases are on the increase in the schools. Go figure. Just need to keep Granny and Gramps away, and let this [bleep] run its course. You cannot stop this stuff, only drag it out and spread the misery.
