The nation held an election in 2016 for, among other reasons, changing the balance on the Supreme Court towards strict constructionism. Elections have consequences. If the American people don't like it, they will put Biden in office according to the electoral process laid down in the US Constitution. But meantime, Trump is president and he picks the Justices.
