Ordered some parts for a Polaris atv several weeks back. Nothing exciting, just 5 decals and a wheel cap, all listed “in stock.”. Shipping to be $12.

Three days later, get a notice saying all of the order had been cancelled, except the wheel cap. That’s 5 out of 6 items listed “in stock”, that were NOT in stock.

They still wanted $27 for a wheel cap (including $12 to ship a 2 oz item). Immediately, I cancelled the rest of the order.

I have now been on the phone, TWICE, trying to get my refund of the remaining $27. Each time is taking 30-45 mins waiting.

To make a long story short, AVOID BIKE BANDIT!! I got sucked in by them listing certain items as “in stock”. They lie. Avoid them!!

PS ChapMoto had tires I ordered on Thursday, on my porch on Sunday (FedEx free shipping, delivered on Sun).

Try Rockymountainatv.com, I have had great luck with them for some old 70s and 80s, dirt bike parts. They ship from Kentucky and Utah. I haven't had to wait more than 3 days for standard shipping. I haven't used bike bandit in forever now. They were sketchy on inventory and slow to ship.

I just got some parts in for my 05 Vinson 500 from www.cheapcycleparts.com.

They are not cheap, but I think they had every part listed to build a duplicate ATV, all in very easy to read exploded diagrams. Free shipping on orders over $99.

I plan on replacing all the plastic on the bike, so it will look new again, as it now lives in the garage. Cheap Cycle Parts has everything I need for the job.

If you paid with a credit card, call your card co. and contest the charge.
Tell them bike bandit is refusing to cancel the order and refund the charge.
They will usually call them while they have you on the line and make them cancel.

Yup, call the card issuer and contest the charges and it's done.

FINALLY, got the refund, TODAY (24 days later), after spending over 20 minutes waiting on a real human voice (this was call #3).

Complete PITA, and will not deal with them again. Just wanted to save others the same frustration....

I have used them in the past and was satisfied, so I ordered a few Honda parts from them on June 30. Website said they were in stock too. I get a fulfillment delay email every Monday. Guess I'll start calling...

Agreed.

Delays everywhere. BikeBandit has been GTG for me in the past. Have had several orders turn up OOS after a delay from multiple retailers. It sucks but ain't nothing compared to the apocalypse.

I've ordered from both Bikebandit and RockyMountainATV. I would agree that RMATV is the better company.
