Anyone using extended long after market barrels in your glocks? These seem to be mainly used for hunting. Thinking of getting one for my model 40. Thoughts?

I have a 9" barrel on a 41. It was a Dasan that Lone Wolf no longer carries. I don't recommend it but I use it for my 45 Super loads. Be Well, RZ.

I liked the idea as I could cut it to any length longer than standard and thread for a suppressor or brake. Either one would slow down the slide speed. Mainly for the 45 Super in those days. Now I only shoot Buffalo Bore supers. If you could find a needle in a haystack there might be a Dasan barrel out there somewhere. If you just want a suppressor threaded barrel someone makes one I am sure. Be Well, RZ.

I've got a couple of 6" KKM barrels for my Glock 22. One is 9mm, the other 357 Sig. They seem like good barrels. Drop in, no troubles at all.

What I want is a 14 15/16th inch barrel for my M30. I just know that long barrel will get it done then with 230 grain bullets. I will then carry it IWB with the knowledge, that while it cannot come up to the level of a 9MM MIRACULOUS FARCE with a 3 inch barrel it will be at squatting level in power. With several mags on my belt I will be ready to go outside in complete comfort.

The 6" 357 Sig barrel gets 1380 fps with S&B 140gr FMJ.

Need some new diffusers, and then will send some of these over the chrono.

I stumbled upon this place in my reading list. They advertise a 16 inch barrel and a 10 inch barrel.

Those Eldris knives are handy little things. They don't weigh anything and fit right in a lot of small pouches.

Mine is usually in a single mag pouch slot on the front of my HPG recon chest pack, especially when kayaking. Pretty practical little knife for normal tasks.

It's kind of a deceiving little knife. At first look, it seems too small to be very practical. But the handle is big enough to get a solid and comfortable grip. You can really put that little blade to work.

The one I was using in the mountains was my G30S. I tend to carry a .45 more in the mountains more due to our population of wolves, lions, bears etc.

Daily in town I carry a G17 with an optic, primarily due to the fact that my eyes have changed and front sights are not as crisp as they once were.
