Just watched a documentary on Queen Elizabeth and the Spanish Armada. She was a Christian, Protestant. The Spanish, were Catholics. Both of 'em loved Jesus. But loved him differently, the distinction is lost on me.
So the English Christians slaughtered the Spanish Christians, all in the name of Jesus.

Jesus didn't spend his time with the rich and the snazzy dressers. He walked among to poor, criminals, baggers, harlots. They were who he wanted to to reach, who would listen and learn from his message.

"Religion" can kill your soul. In my area most "church" is all about beating people with the old testament, you have to go every Sunday to fess up to things God can't even see and has already forgotten. That's all I have to say about that.

I'm pretty sure the way most people dress in church has less to do with what they can afford and more to do with how fugkin' lazy they are.
