A good friend and fellow Mauser nut always called me kennymauser and when I first learned how to get on a forum and needed a username that's all I could think of.

I was stumped so went out on a limb and went with the campfire theme.

my first choice 'persian_fugitive' was rejected 3 times , so i gave up .

Translated to English my name means Little Bear and I drive Jeeps.

My first email address was chosen shortly after my first successful bear season. My hope (along with a bunch of bear meat and a rug) was a cool bear skull for a trophy. Unfortunately, I shot my bear in the head, ruining the skull,...so ruined bruin was the first thing that came to mind for an email address. When I joined the 'fire a couple of years later, it was a natural move to use the same name.

I designed a lot of electronics for the F-16 in the 1980s and 1990s .
They would send fighter pilots to the factory for public relations.

The pilots look like pro ball players with perfect health, perfect posture, well prepared, and lots of confidence.
