I'm guessing Joe's going to proudly say he's for removing "weapons of war" from the streets. Most likely will be promoting aggressive buy backs or confiscation outright.
I suspect and even bigger boom in sales and prices.

No such thing as a “buy back” because firearms were never bought from the government.

They should try “weed for weapons” though.....

I doubt it’d pass constitutional muster, at least the old me would doubt it. Unfortunately I don’t trust any government branch including the judiciary. Which is too bad since they were the ones that I figured would be the graveyard of socialism in America.

They weren't the graveyard of socialism during FDR, Truman, or LBJ. Each one of them took us a long way in that direction, each time completely unconstitutional, and the Supreme Court rubber stamped it all.

So you think they’ll care about the 5th while overturning the 2nd??

As to your last question... duh... they’ll just print it!

If Biden Harris and ilk gain power I wouldn't bet on any parts of the Constitution to help anyone.

The 2nd Amendment has already been skirted in multiple states. The 4th and 10th Amendments have been damn near completely gutted.

They tried to bury FDRs schemes but ended up getting intimidated. Like they might get intimidated on the 2nd amendment. Things are headed that direction. I have in laws that live unarmed in fairly urban environments. Dallas and Miami.

Seriously, they’ll tax you and give a portion of that back to you, to buy your guns.

They can’t afford my guns for several reasons.

They will take the money from your right pocket then give you half of it back for the guns to put in the left pocket.

If they try going door to door, it's civil war. They may try a buy back to reduce #s. The only thing that will accomplish is a turn in of seriously broke dick guns or guns from people who we don't care about. They only people we care about are the ones who take care of their weapons and would never sell them back. In other words, that would just weed out the weak hands within the gun owning community.

Do the math...
If every federal agent was dedicated to searching homes...and everyhome was unlocked and there was zero resistance...and they worked 24/7 nonstop....it would take decades. There's 350 million homes in the US.
NOT to mention all the trunks, office ceilings, pontoon boat, grain silos.... There's no way to search. It has to be voluntary and punative.
