Been eyeing one... anyone know if this could be reamed out to 327 magnum? Is the cylinder long enough?

I dont know about the alteration.

I do know Id buy a 327 if I wanted one and leave a 32 H&R alone.
If you want a 327 for its niche, do so. Sell the 32 H&R and get one.

I would say you could ream it out for 327, but on the Single-Seven 327 I have, some bullets are too long and I have to shoot em in my Blackhawk 327. Just be aware that the 32 H&R reamed out will not shoot the longer .32 caliber bullets (115 grain comes to mind).

The factory 32 H&R cylinder likely is not long enough to be re-chambered to .327 and have any usable space for seating proper bullets.
