The guys not short ...the camera was a fish eye lens giving that effect. If so why are the roof lines in the distance straight?

All this time, I thought in the fuzzy video; that that was a Ford Expedition police interceptor
So, that now it clarified (to me) that it was a dodge charger cruiser, then the perp REALLY is very short.
So, yeah... it seems likely this not the right guy a 5’-6”
The geometry of the shooting arm aiming up is very marked in detailing specific metrics on the guy’s height Looks like a Ford Exploder to me, from the B pillar and headlights. 70" roof height. Apparently, that how fast a guy can run when he's saggin. And I wasted alla those short jokes.

He discarded the weapon used against the cops while fleeing arrest. Ballistics matched the gun to the crime. Doesn’t mean he shot the cops with it. Could have found it in a dumpster or bought it from the real shooter He will walk, the cops are going to lose this one big time. Time to get out of the doughnut shop, stop high fiving each other and go find the real shooter.
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

He's not guilty, cause he *coulda* bought the gun from the "real shooter", or found it in a dumpster. I'd offer ta bet on the outcome with ya, but you'd never pay off anyway.

He does not fit the physical characteristics of the shooter in the video Just having the Gun in his possession isn’t enough to prove guilt when the video shows it cannot be him.
