I brought 15 Savage pistols to the last fest I was able to attend.
11 of them could have been for sale but everybody only wanted to know about the 3 380's and the one 1915 that I had with me and did not want to sell.
Lesson learned was that if and when you find a 380 or a 1915 in any caliber buy it. They are the ones that collectors want the most.
32's need to be either really cheap or in better than average to pristine condition to get much attention IMO.

A lot of the Savage pistols spent there lives in a drawer and there are very nice ones out there to be bought. I have most of the .32 variations but still need about half of the .380's.

I offered a 1917 .32 on the campfire about 2 years ago....in great condition and shoots great (PITA to clean!) and had no interest at all. Itās too nice to dump so I guess it will go to one of my grandsons eventually. Heck, theyāll probably all be into ARās and 300 Win mags.

Sounds like yours may be an upgrade though. PM me if interested in selling. I agree with your grip comment...

Ah, youse guys. Now yez got me thinking about getting a .32 shooter after I swore off of Savage pistols years ago. I didn't care much for the ergonomics and mechanicals having been spoiled by the Walther PP and others. I view such contraptions strictly from a user standpoint as they don't fall under my collecting purview (or rather accumulating stuff that sings to my heart). Since I have sh*t ton of .32 ammo and no .380 stuff, a .32 it should be.
Let me know if a cheap but solid gray rat with a decent bore falls out of the sky.
