Haha Jim. Yeah TRunner I’ve messed around with elk kidneys with very mixed results. I think the deviled kidney route is the way to go I used this recipe more or less but added mushrooms Deviled lambs kidneysI'm gonna try this. The history, even if slight untrue is very interesting.

Left overs from Daughter BDay Dinner on Sat.
Grilled Tbones, grilled corn, macsalad and garlic creamed spinach.
Dessert- Vanilla pudding chocolate ganache crepe cake.

It looked spectacular on Sat night Jim. Tonight it was reheating out of Tupperware.
But since I was a six pack+ into the wind and the grill master no one else picked up the picture job.
Except the crepe cake. Waiting for someone to imessage that to me and ill post it.
I ate a whole Ziti casserole by myself once in college that grandma made.
