Not in those words but meaning the same thing. Trump and the senate are following the constitution closely in Barrett's nomination but Biden says it's unconstitutional court packing. Besides not knowing the constitution, he doesn't even know what court packing is.


Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is facing pushback to his claim that Republican efforts to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court are not “constitutional.”

Speaking to reporters on Saturday, Biden again declined to say whether he supports packing the court like some in his party and tried to turn the issue back on Republicans.

“The only court packing going on right now is going on with Republicans… It's not constitutional what they’re doing,” Biden told reporters, arguing the vacancy caused by the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg should not be filled until after November's presidential election.

But critics hit back, saying that while Democrats can argue that there is a political argument against filling the seat now, the Constitutional doesn't prohibit doing so. Republicans are moving forward Monday with Barrett's hearings.

“To say that filing a vacancy on the Supreme Court is ‘court packing’ is like saying that a ‘Hail Mary’ pass at the end of a football game is ‘intentional grounding,’” said George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley. “The Constitution expressly allows for such for a nomination and confirmation.”

In a speech while he was campaigning for President he described himself as a candidate for Senate.
He thought Super Tuesday was on Thursday.
He wants the US to rejoin the Paris Peace Accord, which it has never left, rather than the Paris Climate Accord which it has.
He said the he left the Senate to be a professor, forgetting that he was Vice President in between.
He has forgotten what state he was in multiple times.
He thinks the President before Trump was Bush.
He says that finding a cure for COVID will make the COVID problem worse.
He thinks he was elected to the Senate 180 years ago.

Not unconstitutional, but the Senate fillabuster will likely be DOA if dems manage to take control of the Senate after the election. Hard to say what happens after that.

It's the typical trick of taking a word or phrase that has a negative connotation and then applying it to anything you don't like.

Other examples are:

"racist"
"white nationalist"

If the American can’t see through all this, and by hook or crook, give the House and Senate to the Democrats, and the Presidency goes to Biden/Harris, this Country is screwed!

The Dems are knowingly running a demented candidate for President, and even before the election are ginning up a fast-track process to remove him and replace him with someone that couldn’t even make a respectable showing in their primaries. So much for “The Will of the People”, even their own people. Does anyone believe that President Harris is actually going to be running the country?

It’s hard to be certain after all the rotten crap they’ve pulled, but this just might be the most despicable political operation in our history, right out there for anyone to see, and their voters, the media, and certainly their politicians are clearly fine with it. What a bunch of dirtbags!
