To see how far this country has fallen look no further than these democrat Senators that openly act as though interpreting the United States Constitution as written is dishonorable and a fringe radical idea. Truth be told most of the Republicans think so to just to a lesser degree and are not so brazen as to publicly say it.

The thing I notice the most, is her training on how to listen. She dose not nod her head, nor smile to either affirm or show disagreement in statements made. She sits still and looks at the speaker and not around the room. having been trained in law enforcement I always found it very hard to sit in a witness chair and remain expressionless while the defense attorneys try to get under your skin. I did it but it was a hard thing to do.

Lawyers are all trained to interrogate, to lead their victim to a predetermined conclusion and to hang themselves if possible. Many politicians are lawyers and will use those skills to attack. Problem is, most all politicians are amateurs vs. a judge. They are also lawyers, trained in oral arguements and have heard it all, and from far better than the likes of Leahy or Feinstein.

I believe this is about the smartest talking head to ever appear on my TV screen. The fact that she is female has nothing to do with that.

The Democrats are going to have a hard time getting Amy Barrett to make a mistake under questioning. She's smart and knows the law and the constitution far better than most of those asking questions, and she is cool under pressure. We will have to see if they come up with some smear later in the process as they did with Kavanaugh, but I think that if they do that it may come back to bite them. I think she will be confirmed.

She just threw A Kagan quote back at DIFI and made her look like the idiot Chinese spy khhhunt that she is.
