Got a rec here a few years ago on this subject to use a sealant called Tire ject in my Ranger 500. Turned out to be a good one. For mesquite and cactus country, is there a better one nowadays or is TireJect still the one? Thanks.

I’ve used Slime in many tires. Works great. Washes off easily.

I use Quadboss ATV and Dirt Bike tire sealant in my Polaris General tires. Works great, very easy to use, and supposedly easier to clean out of tires and wheels than Slime.

Gemplers sells two different grades. I have used the less expensive grade with good results. My wife's cousin's husband manages a hunting lease in West Texas and they use a product called black slime from Myers Tire Supply. They don't hesitate to drive over any thing and claim they have never had a problem. I just put some in the tires on our Gator.

I still use Tire Ject for lots of stuff.

You do have to refresh it over time though, or it looses liquidity.

I have gone to using MuliSeal Pro HD 2500 in some tractor tires though. One time application. No refreshing.

https://multiseal.us/products/prohd-2500/

It'll seal up to a 3/4" diameter hole... smile

You cannot mix the two though. If you mix different type sealers, chances are they will ball up inside the tire and not work.

It works. But your tire guy isn’t going to like it when you get new ones.

He REALLY won't like that MultiSeal I use in my big tractor.

It was about $350 to do the fronts...

When I get new tires, I'm gonna have them scoop it out and put it in the new ones... grin

Met an old boy in his 70's in a huge prairie dog town in eastern Montana. Never married. He had sheet metal screws in all 4 tires and a handful in his pocket. Said they worked great.

Just don’t put it in a tire that has a plug in it already. Dissolves the glue. Instant flat that doesn’t reseal. Did it.
