Once ACB is confirmed, it will be apparent that more conservative leaning decisions will likely come down from the court, & Roberts vote will be needed less, so will he start voting with the (conservative) majority more to get more 6-3 decisions or will he vote with the losers to make the votes 5-4 instead?
I think he will want to be seen more with the majority than with the losers.

MM That’s an interesting question. I think you’re probably right. Rather Roberts sides with the left now because he craves the attention and thinks it will somehow shape his legacy as Chief Justice or rather he does it because he’s influenced by others for other reasons. Once he’s no longer the all important swing vote. It’s anyone’s guess but I can see him voting with the right more (since it will matter less).

Shannon Bream on FOX just said that since Roberts now pretty much loses his swing vote, that he will vote with the conservative majority more than he will take his vote with the 3 lie-berals & be another loser. He will also lose the ability to write many opinions as well.

Gorsuch has me really concerned. I still think there is an open question about where Kavanaugh will lean. My assumption about Amy is she'll probably disappoint until I'm proven wrong.
Not a reflection on Trump. It just seems to be the way our appointed justices go. They make it, they then go left.
