Anyone have a Buck 110 auto?

If so, how do you like it?

Would like to go "made in USA"

I have tried several at several gun shows. Don't love them. Action seems slow to me and, being left-handed, I don't like the location of the release button.

I can see how that’d be a problem.

I really like a good auto knife, and I also like my Buck 110s. Just picture the two mated up though.

Looks like a good sturdy knife.

I've got a BenchMade auto, but this knife seems more "robust" for everyday chores.

Thanks for the link, and replies!

Always thought there were better choices for an auto. IMO that overall design dose not say auto to me.

It's not what I would consider a defensive knife, but a sturdy "working" knife that could be deployed one handed.

That would be my use for it.

But, in a pinch could defend myself with it.

I was at a gunshop where the manager/owner had one on his belt and used it to open up a package for me. I commented on never seeing one and he let me handle it.
He really liked his.

Its an iconic knife for busk to build from and it will sell well.

As far as my impression...
Watching the guy remove it from the sheath and the deploy it...

I would have been done cutting already with my spyderco delica.

(I still kinda want one)

I have owned one for a couple of years. It’s amazing how many times my left hand is busy and not available to help open a knife.

I'm a big fan of automatics. A Pro-Tech Brend on my pocket as I type, not my favorite but a good knife. I prefer the Piranha P1 but have lost the two I had and expect another for Christmas. The P1 is a light weight, light duty knife that fits me very well. The aluminum construction doesn't lend itself to heavy use. I have yet to find an automatic that better fits my needs.

My Daughter found the Buck 110 auto for $130. "on line"

Not sure where, but she ordered it for me, for my B-day!

One happy old goat!

Got my new Buck knife!

It's everything I expected!

I've got country property and a 1/2 mile long driveway that I walk every morning for my daily exercise.

This knife will come in handy for minor trimming of brush along the way, and will make a GREAT all-around knife for me!
