I've argued with my liberal brother many times over trump and covid.
According to him he didn't do enough, I argued back that if he did more, the left would call him a tyrant.
You got 50 different states, all with different needs. Trump didn't do bad. If a state needed something he got it.

The good news? Hunter just breathed a sigh of relief. I'm not conceding yet. But Trump's still in charge for 10 weeks. Hunter's still screwed for now. In fact, as much as Trump hates to lose, if he thinks it's over, I wouldn't doubt if it will be his top priority to pursue this.
