Hand recount does us no good if they don't throw the bogus ballots out. I'd guess about two people cast legit votes for Pedo there.

The ballots will be counted by hand and tallied by hand. Thus, there will be no computer “glitches”. And ballots not present will not be counted. Any irregular ballots will be segregated and possibly not counted. And most importantly attorneys and poll watchers will get to put their eyes on all those ballots again.

What about the watermarks? Don't most states do ballots differently? All states had watermarks?
My ballot was shot out on a regular piece of printer paper and I had to deposit it into a machine.

Georgia was one of the locations that had the Dominion "glitch". Hopefully, part of the recount is a full audit of every vote and it's eligibility.

What, exactly is a lost vote, why, and is it recorded for whom? Lost votes are ballots that have disappeared from the system. They're also votes that don't have signatures,mismatched signatures or didn't use the safety envelope.Therefore they have been discounted. Some of these could have been by accident or they could have been tampered with by the staff at a polling location.
