I hear you. When both parties support the 2nd (and hell freezes over), I'll look for other issues.

In my lifetime voting I believe there have been two men in the white house who had the best interest of the country and not themselves foremost in their hearts. We elected the first in 1980, and the second in 2016. That's my reason for voting Trump. What might be your sensible reason for voting biden?

National pride, remembering the value of the working middle class that built the country, honoring our veterans, doing what he said he was going to do, not promoting infant genocide, actually believing in the US Constitution, not wanting to be involved in meaningless foreign wars, being in favor of legal immigration instead of illegal, being in favor of letting small businesses thrive instead of cutting their nuts off with gov't regs, being unapologetic when he knows he's right, refusing to pander to those he knows are phony politicians, calling out the two-faced media, slaughtering useless political correctness, actually acknowledging real world history regarding capitalism versus socialism, and the list goes on and on......
He's a braggart and he's got an ego, but he loves his country and he loves to win. He's the coach you want on the sidelines when you're looking for a winning season, not the namby-pamby sell-out that's more interested in pandering to the donors and media optics than he is about doing the best job.
