For me, a 130 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip is hard to beat if your hunting deer.

Don't all the bullets mention have copper jackets or some such?
It would have to be a cast lead bullet, with GC.

For what purpose???? 130 ballistic tip will blow softball sized holes in deer, but probably won’t do much to a water buffalo

If you eliminate copper, then the next best thing would be the Partition or a reasonable facsimile thereof! memtb

Hard cast wheel weights.
The killing is in the shooter not the bullet.

I run two bullets in my .270. The Sierra game King and Nosler Partition. Both are the 150 gr. weight. Both take the same charge and I can switch.change without sight adjustment. I may have to give the 150 Accubond a try just to see if I can get a three'fer. Paul B.

150 partition over a full case of 7828 with a cci 250. Somewhere between 57.5 and 59g will perk and run around 2900fps. 59g was the max in the older books.

160gr NP. Expect other weights are just as good. That said, regular flat-based Hornady Interlocks seem easy to get to shoot well. “Research” on performance on game is ongoing.
What fresh Hell is this?
