At a Belarusian friend’s last night. His MIL makes all the old country favourites. From the bottom: Homemade head cheese Veggies Smoked salmon Russian potato salad Shuba, an Eastern European favourite made with beets and herring Homemade Kohlbasa Pickled local wild mushrooms Egg salad Homemade sauerkraut More headcheese. Thanks for posting the link to the recipe -- I wait with bated breath for your report! John John, Not impressed with that chicken recipe. Chicken was cooked perfectly, but pffft on the recipe. Chicken on its own was good. Rub did not add enough flavor. Mashed potatoes and squash were excellent, though.😂🤣 ![[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]](https://i.imgur.com/YZZ3NGE.jpg)
