What if the reason she is out is financial? Maybe she cannot have her own defense fund and take her own donations if she is part of Trump's legal team...Her case is different than the other cases that Trump's team is putting forward, so she is probably having to pay a different set of lawyers/ legal team to help her put her case together and maybe needs donations to help pay for that....
Or, maybe Trump's lawyers were trying to shake her down for a lot of money for their assistance and she wasn't having it so she is filing the suit on her own using other law teams for assistance.
Or, maybe she thinks Trumps lawyers are idiots and cant help her...
Or, maybe its strategy, and they don't want both cases to get wrapped into 1 case and hit the SCOTUS together because her case could turn into a long term investigation..
Maybe she has a better chance going to different Federal judges/ courts than Trump's team fo get her case to the SCOTUS faster than Trumps lawyers have..
Could be a million reasons...

Now she’s a civilian and has more opportunity for discovery as she’s not tied to just the election and the Trump campaign. don't lawsuits require "Standing". If she or Lin were not harmed by the lawsuit as The Trump Campaign was, how can a lawsuit go forward without "standing". In other words, she needs a client that was directly harmed by this voter fraud. ???

I read that twice. So the RNC pulled strings to get Sidney Powell kicked off of the legal team because it didn't want her to be paid with RNC funds? That's how I read it.
