I wanted to sell this, but I was confused because not many No4 MK2 (F) are listed on gunbroker now. It also has a number 50 on the receiver. I guess that is made in 1950. The caliber is marked 303 British. Looks like it was just kept in reserve. I can't get the magazine snap in hard, it does not latch for some reason. It did seat years ago, but a few years ago I was looking at it, and ejected the mag, and I can't get it to seat. Im probably doing something wrong. Any idea of a price?

Bore and chamber like new as far as I can tell. I think this one was never put onto play.

Values vary around the country because demand is higher in one place and lower in others.
In Wyoming such a rifle will sell for about $450 and if the mag worked perfectly about $500-$550

I have one of these also as 'purchase of opportunity' & near mint as rearsenaled. As you, no idea of value nowadays. I'm always reluctant to suggest another Forum, but here a case to be made as you're in a "Mauser" audience! Wrong emphasis. Such with considerable expertise @ Gunboards Enfield Forum. Might check them out IF no satisfactory answer here: https://www.gunboards.com/forums/the-lee-enfield-forum.55/
Just my take &... Good luck!

A superb weapon, better than most. A fool would sell it quickly.

Thanks for that link. Very Interesting & informative. Recently got my very nice, all matching Long Branch #4 Mk 1 out of the safe and while there's no plans to sell it there's gonna be some range time for it come spring. I also reload 303 Brit and have a nice 303 load for this so I don't have to mess with mil-surp.
