Gdub ,

Be careful you don’t accidentally take a horn from the can of Kroil . It would be enough to make your toes curl . eek

Of all the hog photos I see you post , I wonder what your cholesterol level is …. 973 ?

Do you piss Crisco ? grin

What do you do with all that pork ?

That there is a lot of BLT’s .

It depends on my mood and the nature of the hoglet.

I take meat from quite a few.

Give a lot away to folks.

Anywho, I find that hoglets are some of the best tasting bullet and knife test media I have found to date!

and the meat makes for excellent "Hill Country Wind Chimes"

As opposed to being an optimist or a pessimist,

I'm an opportunist!

So whether they are confined to small space..........

Small batch in the oven this AM.

Headed to my cousins after he hauls a dozer and we are gonna fire up the pellet smoker and try a couple pounds on it this eve.

My bud has 7 hogs to kill today, so tomorrow the 500 gallon cooker will get fired up and make a bunch of jerky and summer sausage.

Probably be a few suds ran down the hatch this weekend too!
