Shoot someone for a practical joke is stupid.
Practical jokes are best to be played on friends that you know. What if one of the "targets" is dealing with real issues like having restraining orders against someone that is already threatening harm or death? Those types of pranks are an act of stupidity. They are invading private property without permission... what could possibly go wrong?
No doubt that could happen, someone could also go to prison for shooting a practical joker, and then there will always be a new generation of stupid people to entertain us LOL
These 12 year olds aren't very bright. I'd make them mow my lawn with their own mowers for a month if I caught them. Either that or their parents would pay me to hire someone else to do it for them.
We have bad parenting issues here. If someone comes around with that costume and its not Halloween, someone won't know they're 12 and could beat the dirt out of them. It probably wouldn't be another 12 yo either.
Dumb asses. But does remind me of a time back about 15 years ago. Visiting at Mom's house. Doorbell rings. Get up, answer door, nobody there. Walk out into courtyard. Several older teen boys, 13 to 15 yr old range, jump out, yell "booo", and haul azz out of there. Startled me, but that was about it. They take off down the street laughing to beat hell. Clearly kids just out looking for a little mischief and fun.
Watched where they were going. When they got out of sight, got in the truck, and drove a block over and couple blocks down to intercept them. And did. Slammed on breaks, jumped out, and yelled "Hey! Come here!" Holy chit them kids were falling off skateboards and falling over a fence trying to get away. When one who fell over the fence looked up at me in terror, knowing he was about to die, I started laughing my azz off, and they realized I was just screwing with them. I said "Hey....boo back atcha". Made my day. Theirs? Closest I ever came to seeing a teenager have a coronary. But was a good laugh for all.
Now that was good clean fun. For me at least. A couple of them may of had to clean their shorts out. Round 1 win went to old bored guy that day.

No one here would shoot someone for what they are doing in the video, it is all just internet tough talk to get attention. It is the same thing that motivates these kids to do what they are doing.
