Another vote for postimages.
The last two pic hosting sites I used eventually monetized their site which is when I bailed. Hopefully postimages stays free. So far so good.

Postimage is the absolute simplest, most straight forward I've used and you don't even have to join as a member to use it although highly advisable if you ever want to access any photos stored there again.
