Took ours over to the barbeque place to get it smoked, and will pick it up tomorrow evening. I could have done it, but they do an incredible job.

Putting mine on the smoker tomorrow. Mix sausage, applea, and onions; stuffing in the body cavity. Smoke about 4 hours, foil up up and go about another 4 or 5 hours.
