This happened on 11/9 and looks like it's just now being reported. Or at least just now hitting the news... not sure when the police got involved.

Virginia is unbelievably fuqed up right now. The state government and the big city localities have basically abdicated their responsibilities to enforce law with the exception of coronavirus edicts. Northam and his entire democrat administration should be in jail. The big city local governments are even worse... and they fly under the radar of the national news.

If people want to see just how bad and how fast liberalism can fuq a place up, look at Virginia as a study case. It's like watching a cancer patient deteriorate rapidly within a few short months, right before your eyes.
