Roe Clark doing factory letters was before I got into Savage 99's. Unfortunately I never had a chance to meet him, from everything I've heard everybody liked him a lot and he was full of Savage information. Here's a few samples of letters he sent out. I know a lot of folks here have some they got direct. I think he charged $5 for them? Just looked letter was a reply about some one asking about having a letter sent to them dated 4/1/95 $10.00 for a rifle letter and $15.00 for a fox shotgun. No set.#s on it signed by Roe Clark
