Location as well, doesn't seem to make sense shipping a cheapie 22 but to each their own. I have a Winchester 67, 22 Cal, Micrometer rear sight, replacement front sight, bluing faded to almost silver, nice wood, some chipping at top of butt, not split, came to me like this. Neat old single shot, $150
