I'm lazy. For the $30-$40 that my FFL dealer charges me to ship firearms, long guns and hand guns, I just drop the firearm off with all of the contact info for buyer and buyer's FFL. Stuff gets shipped. Buyers seem to be happy when they receive them. No drama. No hassle. No worry about whether or not it is legal.

That might be a UPS rule that says you have to ship overnight but there is no federal law that says you have to ship overnight or tell UPS it's a handgun as long as you are shipping it to an FFL and put a copy of FFL license in the box. I think UPS made the rule because of theft from some of there workers. But individuals cannot send a handgun USPS.

Partially right. But, only about USPS and that is partially wrong.
The Next Day Air is all UPS,. UPS also incldes in their Hangun Shipping Regs, require shipper to declare " Handgun" ....and...and ...get this......... notify driver you are shipping a handgun.
I am done here.
I cannot be subjected to any more BS, by people that don't know F*** All.
