We got some ( The neurologist still as to look at the MRI) results from the MRI's.

Head was "normal"
The neck not so much.
C2-3 normal
c3-4 bulging disk
c4-5 bulging disk
c5-6 right paracentral protrusion moderate central stenosis possible displacement of right c6 root. Right foramina moderately stenosed left foramina mildly stenosed.
c6-7 bulging disk
c7-T1 patent central canal and foramina.

Now the question is...what's next?

Well.... 12-7 will be my 5th back surgery. 3 fusions, 1 spinal cord stimulator, 1 disectomy, 40 epidurals, pills, PT, acupuncture, etc

Having spinal fusion is like wrecking your car at 120 mph and the body shop tries to do "their magic" and make it like brand new again. It's never the same....

Been fighting it for over 30 years, Once you get surgery done, then comes the scar tissue and arthritis. Acupuncture helped me more than anything. If you get the right person. Surgery will releive the pressure off the nerves and put you back "structurally" like you should be but doesn't guarantee the pain will be gone. PT for me was/ is a total waste of time. Drugs are poison.

Give acupuncture a try if there is a good one near you. Surgery has to be last in my opinion.

It is a rough fuucking road.....

Saw David Goggins, Chad Flemming, Marcus Luttrell, and Taya Kyle in Indy a while back. Very interesting stories each told about issues they had to overcome in life. Spinal issues will cause you to think differently than people without spinal issues. It is a game / life changer for sure.


I still listen to Goggins from time to time. "Pain won't kill you"

Lap,I don't have any pain just tingling in both my hands. Plus whatever else is going on that has yet to be found in my head. The Neurologist is getting the Radiologist report along with a copy of the MRI (MRI of head and neck) so he can look it over and come to his own conclusion.

No pain is great. Keep it that way!
