I am selling an excellent condition Kimber Montana 84L in 30-06. I don't know round count as I bought it as a used rifle at a local gun store. I was informed that the prior owner bought it new and then traded it back in because he didn't realize that it would kick that much. To each their own I guess. Anyway, it looks to be very lightly used. I am selling because it just gathers dust and, hopefully, someone can put it to good use. I need $945 shipped and insured and that will include the Leupold bases and 30mm rings. If a purchaser desired 1 inch rings, I could include those instead.

Don’t you hate it when these classified ads just go on forever? Nice pick up.

Les,
It's yours. I'll await your pm to make arrangements. To all others, this is clearly sold pending receipt of funds.

Usmc2602, I figured I better not tarry too long or I would miss another one. These tend to not stick around very long.

No, but I'm considering doing so with my 8400 Montana in 30-06. I am scared though because it shoots incredibly well. I had an 84L that I sold on here a few years back. Not sure the barrel on an 84L has enough steel to bore out to .358.

There are several guys here that would know and could do the work.

I will likely keep it as a 30-06;;But I have entertained the idea of a 7x57. 😃
