I am selling an excellent condition Kimber Montana 84L in 30-06. I don't know round count as I bought it as a used rifle at a local gun store. I was informed that the prior owner bought it new and then traded it back in because he didn't realize that it would kick that much. To each their own I guess. Anyway, it looks to be very lightly used. I am selling because it just gathers dust and, hopefully, someone can put it to good use. I need $945 shipped and insured and that will include the Leupold bases and 30mm rings. Saw this two minutes after it posted wished it was a 270. Nice grab, Bigsky is a good guy, I am sure you will be happy with it.

No, but I'm considering doing so with my 8400 Montana in 30-06. I am scared though because it shoots incredibly well. I had an 84L that I sold on here a few years back. Not sure the barrel on an 84L has enough steel to bore out to .358.

I will likely keep it as a 30-06;;But I have entertained the idea of a 7x57. 😃
