Oh, and it DOES have a metal lever, not the el cheapo plastic lever that everyone hated. Buy 5-10 of ‘em and give them to kids whose parents hate guns. Really pizz ‘em off...

I keep my Red Ryder barrel-up in the shed. That way the squirrels can't hear the BBs slide down the magazine when you put it to your shoulder. They run when they hear that sound.
Got one the other day that did an actual back flip on a phone wire.

Wow! Good price. They're $61.00 on Amazon. Yeah. Sure, they’re made in China, but they’re honest to Gawd wood and steel, for $25. Things will last 30-50 years. Plus, kinda neat that these actually have the compass and sundial on the stock. For this price, they’d even be a cool cheap gift for ADULT friends.. Don’t see them ONLINE at Walmart, but they had a whole center isle display of them there, today. They don't seem to have the power as the one I had as a kid. I picked up one a year or two ago and it is pretty sad.

My wife brought one home today as a gift for her step-dad. He's a big fan of the movie these are marketed towards.
4 out of 5 Great Lakes prefer Michigan.

The wife brought one home about twenty years ago. Some kind of commemorative or something. Never did take it out of the box and it's still up on the closet shelf just waiting for her to make a thousand dollars off of it.
