As in Canada , each state sets it's own guide lines. The federal guide lines in Canada are:

Those in long term care, (old folks homes ) and the workers there.
The elderly, over 70, starting with those over 80
Those front line health care workers
Indigenous people in remote communities
Essential workers
Homeless
General population

These are only guide lines, more less agreed to by the provinces. There is science behind the list. This should provide the greatest impact.

Some numbnutz was on Fox News this morning claiming that black and brown people should get priority.

I'm sure the NFL and NBA players will get theirs right away. mad

Suppose the general population will ever get fed up being a cash cow, or will propaganda keep them happy?

What is the science placing Indigenous people in remote communities before Essential workers and the homeless.

If the virus sneaks in, the poor living conditions has it spreading like wildfire. Since there is no medical services to speak of, it 's difficult flying them out. Obviously the Pfizer vaccine won't work .

Campfire logic: I ain't taking no Bill Gates vaccine. Also Campfire logic: how come I don't get the vaccine first? It's cause the Dems love the groids!

Small communities are the best communities to use standard methods of control. Large population centers are best suited for inoculations since it is very difficult to control and trace contact.

The question of vaccine distribution can be used to highlight and flush out bogus policies. It is completely different than whether the vaccine is safe.

The effects are much like in old folks homes, or has been in couple of communities the North.

I also feel that remote communities should be able to keep the virus out. All the remote reserves have to do is to stop visitation by all of the low level bureaucrats who travel there to more firmly attach themselves to the government tit. Of course, the residents would also have to resist the urge to travel to the cities to spend a couple of weeks drinking and mixing with virus carriers and that is the real issue. Lifestyle matters. Alberta is having rough time of it, so instead of the elderly, it said it's going to start with front line health care workers. In order to keep the hospitals working, the ICU numbers are too high.. A lot of states are in the same spot, so should prioritize ICU nurses as well. It's specialist nurses, not the beds that are the limiting factor. Thanks to my younger sister getting nasty bout of cancer, I got to see the workings first hand last year.

Then surely the government is prioritizing all communities of small size and not just Indigenous communities.

The homeless have already been receiving it. I saw a few of them injecting each other under an overpass just the other day. Good to see them helping each other out like that!
