Looks like a M94 or M38 Swedish Mauser bolt. Seems to have had some of the bolt handle ground for scope clearance? The crowns kind of look like Carl Gustaf stampings from what I can see.

I think what happened is pretty self-explanatory. Look at the underside of the root, yo can see the weld. The numbers on the bolt handle are on the top of the ball from the factory. On this one, they are on the bottom.so. the handle was cut off and welded back on to gain amore sporter like appearance and function.

M96 Swedish Mauser bolt, the telltale is the end of the cocking piece with the āLā shaped knurled handle.
Really smooth actions those.
