Champaign with the wife, at home.

Plus a giant helping of gratitude.

Mrs slumlord flying out to San Diego.

Her few requests are that I don’t go to Jersey Mikes and don’t eat any raw meat.

Guess I’ll start a thread about killing cats

Gonna pat Momma on the bottom and be in bed by nine. Just like every year for the last 35.

Most memorable New Year's Eve, Dec 31 1984. I got a vasectomy at 2:00 PM, and was at work for swing shift by 4:00 PM.

I'm cooking a ham today, I just put it in the oven. New Year's has always been an over hyped event to me.

LOL..I can take pain pretty good but tooth pain brings me to my knees..I save all my hydro's from other mishaps for the exploding tooth..Cold beer sends it through the roof and I'm not much of a whisky guy except...

Staying home with my wife. Around 8 or 9 we will probably shake hands, pee and go to bed.

Been meaning to ask you, what kind of bass to you play? Fender Precision?

I have a 5 string Precision and a 4 string Jazz......but mostly play a 5 string G and L.

I would love to find a 6 string Peavy Cirrus some day.

Small world Big Jim,

Peavey is based not far up the road. Used to be a big operation. Sure a lot is over seas now, unfortunately.

I've long considered New Years Eve to be amateur night. I'll keep the fire burning until the Wife and the Cat go to bed. Probably sip on something and watch the fire and enjoy their company.

Dang.

We all ran Peavy when we started.

PA's, subs, monitors, mics, column speakers....
.

We never made any money......but we wouldn't have made any music with out Peavy.

The fire is lit, Garage Squad is on, a Bulleit Old Fashioned sits to my left, the pup is out on the back patio with my wife and the chili only needs a reheat. Happy campers here.
