The cop went from police presence right to gun. Bullshit !! He and other officers could have done a strong hand arrest. Instead he went to a gun passing other options. I would have been burned at the stake for doing the same thing. Looks more like secret service doesn't it? I don't know a lot about jurisdiction within the capitol, but I assume there is secret service protection for the more important members who were probably hiding back that hallway.
