I’d love to put my Peter beaters on an STI 2011. Scared to pull the trigger afraid the grips will feel desert eagle esque

The contour and angle on the STI 2011 handle is excellent.

You touch a full size 2011, not the sub compact model and money says it’s coming home with you.

Damn, some of you boys have some high end 1911s !

Would love to have a Wilson. I actually would love to have a late 80s early 90s Wilson or Ed brown built Colt.

Fanciest 1911 I have is a Les Baer UTC. and a re-issue Colt Series 70 I sent back to colt for a Model O package.

Les Baer makes solid workhorse 1911’s

A guy can play rough with them and not wince if it takes a *sorry* here and there.

This one is pretty decent.

Doubt I will buy any fancier ones, as it shoots pretty tight little groups and is super reliable.

TRP for me. I have several. I have been looking closely at the Staccato Duo. I hope that we still will be able to buy 2011s when my tax refund comes in.
