What's the general consensus on a set of Leupold BX-3 Mojave 8x42 binoculars? I know these have been discontinued for a few years, but were these USA manufactured or imports?

I think it's this. I have the Cabela's-branded version of the 8x30's, and they're labeled, "Japan".

And they are absolutely excellent.

I was finally able to get these glasses in the field, and they are fantastic...definitely brighter than my Sightron Big Sky binos. I couldn't be happier with these binoculars.

I just put what I think is the 4th season on a pair of 8X42s. I'm not a demanding user, so they have met my requirements handily.
